Score 54 Math respects the privacy of students, families, and people who contact us. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and handle personal and academic information.

Information We Collect

When you submit our website contact form, we collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number if provided, student grade, current course or service of interest, and message. We also record when the inquiry was submitted.

During tutoring, we may collect relevant academic information, student work, and learning goals to support instruction.

The contact form is intended for parents and guardians. Please do not submit payment-card information or sensitive personal records through the form.

How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to respond to questions, discuss suitable services, coordinate scheduling, and provide individualized tutoring. Website inquiries are saved so Score 54 can review them and follow up.

Website Storage and Service Providers

Website inquiries are stored through our website’s hosting infrastructure, provided by OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the submissions page is restricted to the authorized Score 54 owner account.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Scheduling and Client Management

We use Google Calendar for consultation bookings and Tadpole Tutoring for client records and tutoring-session scheduling. Relevant information from website inquiries may be transferred to Tadpole Tutoring to support follow-up, client management, and business reporting. Payments are processed through Stripe.

These services handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Email Notifications

When email notifications are enabled, we use Resend to send the website owner a summary of a new inquiry, including the parent or guardian’s name, email address, service of interest, and submission time. The complete message remains in the website submissions area.

Notification emails are handled by Resend and the recipient’s email provider under their own terms and privacy policies. Deleting a website submission does not automatically delete notification emails already sent.

Website Analytics and External Links

Our hosting platform provides basic website traffic analytics, including visits and page views.

Links to consultation booking and other external services take you to websites governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Security and Confidentiality

We restrict access to personal information and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. Tutoring communications and student work are treated as confidential and accessed as needed by authorized personnel and the service providers used to support our services. No online system can guarantee complete security.

Retention and Deletion

Contact-form records in the website database have a six-month retention period from submission. Older records are removed automatically during subsequent website use, including page visits and inquiry processing. If the website is inactive, cleanup occurs when it is next used.

Relevant inquiry and client information may be retained separately in Tadpole Tutoring for ongoing communication, tutoring services, and business recordkeeping. Deletion of a website submission does not automatically delete records held in Tadpole Tutoring.

Access, Corrections, and Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by emailing arban@score54math.com. We will review requests across the systems we use, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information when required by law, such as in response to a valid court order.

Policy Updates and Questions

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The current version will be available on this website.
